My stay at the hotel was just what we needed for a week-long visit. The small apartment-style rooms were great for our stay, although a bit challenging for my mom to navigate around. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, making our experience quite pleasant.
The hotel offers an excellent location with friendly and attentive service. The rooms, although lacking running hot water, are spacious and come with a sofa bed. The dining options may be limited, but the presence of a decent restaurant nearby compensates for it.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were very nice, newly painted, well-equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, they were noisy and cold, making it a bit challenging for me to fully enjoy my stay. The service staff, especially Luiz at the front desk, were super professional and accommodating, but some noise issues made it difficult for me to fully unwind. The location was brilliant with a small park nearby, but the pastries didn't meet my expectations. The dining experience was pretty nice overall, but there were some mediocre aspects. The facilities were adequate, but I felt a bit cold during my stay.
